1. Confirmation of Flight Details

Here are the confirmed flight details. Our tickets will be posted to us once final payment has been made (payment details in point three below).

Depart London Gatwick on Tuesday April 19th @ 11.25 (GMT), arriving Las Vegas @ 14.10 (PST)

Depart Las Vegas on Tuesday April 26th @ 16.40 (PST), arriving London @ 10.30 (GMT + 1 day)

We have the following seats:

Rob & Sam (seats 77 a & c upstairs)
Biddick's (seats 34 a, b & c)
Mackenzie-Carmichaels (seats 34 d, e, f  & g)

I do believe that once the tickets have been issued these seats can be changed if needed, just let us know. These are nice seats over the wing. We have these seats for the return journey also.

2. Reminder  of ESTA Requirements - you wont get in without it!

It will take a couple of minutes to complete, and you should get back an instant acceptance - although Dad Biddick, it took them 24 hours to agree to letting you in the country I believe. Dodgy dodgy dodgy :)

3. Payment Details

Payment is due to us on Friday February 4th 2011. Please ask if you need any details (amounts due, payment details etc etc).

Rob and I would like to, once again, thank everyone for coming with us to our special day in Vegas. We promise to make it a wedding (and week in Vegas!) you will never forget!

Funny!

I think that is all the essentials out the way. To end on a funny note, Rob has been practicing his "wedding dance" down the local pub, luckily I was there to catch it on film (see below). Hopefully we will see the finished product in Vegas! :)

Spa Booked for Bride & Bridesmaids

We have booked the hair and make-up appointments for the bride & bridesmaids - a lovely gift from the groom to make us look pretty! 10.30am on Friday 22nd April, apparently it will take two and a half hours!!!! So, finished at 1pm, leaving an hour and a half to get dressed and quaff some champagne to calm the pre-wedding jitters.

We're going to the Chapel and we're.....

...going to get married in the Chapel of Flowers, located at the north end of the Strip (just past the Stratosphere Tower).

The time and date are set - Friday 22 April 2011 at 3.30pm.

We then have a meal booked, a 7-course taster menu with wine, at a surprise location organised by Rob at 7.00pm.
